Product Specialist, Spare Parts

We are seeking a Product Specialist, Paper Spare Parts who will represent the company on key customer accounts, providing first class customer support and offer technical support to our inside sales teams. You will have the responsibility to drive the business growth by working closely with our key customer to offer differentiated spare parts services such as maintenance planning support, machine audits and Spare Parts inventory audit. You will work in collaboration with Valmet’s global network of experts to recommend the best solutions to customers with their Spare Parts. Responsibilities will include mill site support and sales representation, technical assistance, project management, business analysis and development.
Expectations
Mechanical Engineering Degree combined with relevant work experience in technical customer services or sales.
Good understanding of the Pulp & Paper Industry and knowledge of papermaking process/papermaking products will be considered as a valuable asset.
To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual (French and English) have excellent oral and written communication skills. You must have a valid driver’s license and availability to travel to customer sites in North America, travel outside of North America may occasionally occur. Travel up to a max of 25% of the time

Nous recherchons un Spécialiste de Produits, Pièces de Rechange Papier, qui représentera l'entreprise auprès de ces principaux clients, fournira un support client de première classe et offrira un support technique à nos équipes de vente internes. Vous aurez la responsabilité de stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos clients clés pour offrir des services de pièces de rechange différenciés tels que l'aide à la planification de la maintenance, les audits de machines et des audits des stocks de pièces de rechange. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le réseau mondial d'experts de Valmet pour recommander les meilleures solutions aux clients. Les responsabilités comprendront le soutien en usine et le ventes, l'assistance technique, la gestion de projet, l'analyse et le développement commerciaux.
Attentes
Diplôme en génie mécanique combiné à une expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le service technique à la clientèle ou dans la vente.
Une bonne compréhension de l'industrie des pâtes et papiers et une connaissance des procédés de fabrication du papier et des produits papetiers seront considérés comme un atout précieux.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez être bilingue (français et anglais) et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. Vous devez avoir un permis de conduire valide et être disponible pour voyager sur les sites clients en Amérique du Nord. Des voyages en dehors de l'Amérique du Nord peuvent occasionnellement avoir lieu. Vous devez être disponible pour voyagement jusqu'à un maximum de 25 % du temps
