We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Agent and Relief Night Auditor

If you are friendly, motivated with good customer’s skills, we would like to hear from you. Night Auditor/Guest Services Agent will be required to provide guests with exceptional customer’s services in person and over the phone. You will assist guests with a warm welcome and by providing information about the hotel, hotel amenities, local area information, answering any inquiries, handling guest requests and resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:
**Run audit reports on the system.**
Ensure that all transactions and payments are posted and entered accurately in the system.
**Prepare daily housekeeping reports.**
Make room reservation.
**Greet the guest in professional way.**
Check in and check out the guest.
**Handle cash, credit card & debit card.**
Handle guest request.
**Solve guest problem.**
Assist guest with local area information.
**Clean reception area.**
Make room reservations.
**Room block with special requests.**
Prepares guest Keys and key jackets.
**Check all credit cards.**
**Verify accuracy of transactions and completing daily revenue audits.**
Oversees and participates in prompt and courteous handling of all guests as necessary including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, telephone and personal inquiries.
**Show high sense of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.**
Perform the functions of Day & Nightly Audit

**Requirements**:
**01 year customer services experience.**
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Ability to work with numbers.**
Comfortable using computer i.e. Microsoft office
**Motivated or hard working with exceptional guest service skills.**
Must be able to work relief night shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) and Moring or Afternoon shifts.
**Must be able to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays.**
Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure
**Ability to stand for long periods of time.**
Own reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
