Born from a desire to connect, curate, and cultivate meaningful relationships between makers and design lovers. This includes retail operations, manufacturing, distribution, and art concept, all servicing the luxury residential and contract markets.

AVENUE ROAD, Weishaupt Design Group’s flagship brand, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support their client projects through the Architectural sales division, as well as managing WDG’s internal development projects.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, this position liaises with Architectural Sales Executives and spans existing on-going projects, and development and management for new initiatives. This is an opportunity for a dynamic professional to have daily input into our North American operations. Duties will include, but not limited to:
**Job responsibilities
- Manage short and long-term Architectural sales projects, as well as internal development projects
- Act as the link between Sales, Logistics, Vendors and Installers
- Schedule regular meetings with vendors regarding current opportunities and keep opportunities documents updated
- Manage Architectural samples requests, custom requests including product specs, clarification, etc. through purchasing and/or vendors
- Prepare and revise sales materials (sales quotes/orders, product info, package proposals, presentations) for Architectural Sales Executive’s and clients
- Compose + maintain project management timelines to successfully track project flow/progress
- Request delivery and installation quotes from logistics and installers
- Attend external and internal project kick-off meetings - outline design and ordering process
- Track orders and projects through SAP - schedule regular meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Manage project logistics - schedule deliveries and installations for all orders/projects
- Maintain strong relationships with preferred installers and contractors across North America
- Track order deficiencies and coordinate with purchasing and vendors on rectifying issues
- Attend site visits with sales or internal operations teams when appropriate to discuss project parameters, install/order issues, solutions, etc.
- Creation of, monitoring, and ability to adhere to budgets including ability to accurately estimate, monitor actual compared to planned spend and adjustments as required.
- Review and coordinate payment of invoices, and process through internal Accounting team
- Collaborating with Client Experience Coordinators, administer regular maintenance schedules or all WDG properties with preferred network of suppliers and trades
- Additional duties as required

**Education/Experience**
- 3-5 years in a project management role
- Project Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of project management techniques
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Experience in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
- G class license with access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout North America
