We specialize in replacement windows, doors and patio doors for the residential market and work directly with homeowners.* *This is a work from home position, however the incumbent will need to come to Company's head office in Thornhill, ON for initial training.* *Responsibilities*
- Provides accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Follows up with customers on any identified outcomes, and ensures that a resolution is reached within the defined time frames
- Works calmly, effectively, and efficiently on problem-solving daily issues
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. *Required skills*
- College diploma in business or business related discipline
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work autonomously in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation Pay: From $25.00 per hour Schedule:

- Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
