The Account Executive is responsible for sourcing and nurturing prospects, ultimately securing their business to generate revenue for Organizational Solutions Inc. Your clients are HR professionals and C-suite executives looking for a strong partner to manage workplace absence with fairness, empathy and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 of those in B2B sales
- A background in disability management, health & wellness, EAP, or similar services would be considered a strong asset
- Proven success in cold selling; building customer relationships; making effective presentations, and closing sales opportunities
- Skilled in networking and identifying new opportunities
- Solid time management skills and a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
