Customer Care Administrator

Full-time on-site **Customer Service Administrator**.
**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
Under the direction of the Director of Customer Care & Warranty, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for:
- Preparing all purchaser files, documentation and responsible for upkeep
- Update and Maintain spreadsheets as may be required by management
- Responsible for all key packages and key release accompanied paperwork to be processed
- Responsible to ensure all USB’s are updated with most up-to-date information
- Update Calendars for PDO & Occupancy as required
- Ensure the trade calendar is updated for scheduled dates
- Responsible to craft and issue workorder for trades once QC & PDO are completed to review in conjunction with Customer Service lead
- Responsible to create work orders for 30-day/year end as directed by Customer Service Lead
- Responsible to send out Trade outstanding list as directed
- Responsible to maintain and review the Tarion portal for all incoming correspondence
- Responsible to ensure Newstar is maintained
- Responsible for the maintenance of Site office - including inventory
- Will report any issue of Safety to the Customer Service Lead ASAP
- Any tasks assigned by the Customer Service Lead or Director of Customer Care
- Must have prior experience working in customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced construction environment;
- Always perform in a professional manner and provide great customer service;
