As a Stockyards Craft Beer Ambassador you will be a face and advocate of our craft beer and coffee portfolio. You will help to educate our drinkers, be passionate, engaging, memorable and love all things local. This position is a Summer contract. You must be available to work on weekends and available for early morning shifts on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s. You must have access to a car with a valid G driver’s license.

*A typical day of a Farmer’s Market Craft Beer Ambassador includes:

- Informing customers of the story of Stockyards Brewing as well as our beers, coffee blends and our ethos.
- Greets and provides customers with information on Stockyards Brewing products.
- Able to educate consumers about the various ingredients, flavors and styles of beverages that Stockyards produces.
- Assist customers to make selections by building customer’s confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Cash handling including the use of mobile POS and credit/debit processing
- Post event reporting
- Maintain cleanliness levels at the booths with COVID protocols in mind
- Act as the face of Stockyards Brewing Co. at all times

- Smart serve certified

- Valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle
- Working experience (1+ year) preferably in consumer goods industry, preferably with a beverage alcohol background, and food and beverage service
- Experience participating in large and small-scale events
- Previous experience in a brand ambassador position is considered an asset
- A team player
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the craft beer industry is considered an asset
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
