**JOB TITLE**:Materials Stager - Brewing & Blending

**SHIFT**:Day and Night Shift

**DEPARTMENT**: Brewing

**REPORTS TO**: Brewing Supervisor

**Role Summary**:
The Materials Coordinator will ensure our brewers and blenders have adequate and accurate raw materials available and at the ready to produce beers, ciders, and ready-to-drink products.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to manage unloading and receiving of Brewing & Blending Materials
- Evaluate production schedules and determine all required materials and ensure availability & staging of all materials
- Working with the Brewing Operations team to develop new and audit existing information systems to ensure accuracy, reliability and timely communications.
- Coordinates transportation of materials from one department to another
- Working with the Brewing Material Buyer to manage the order and on-time procurement process for all Brewing and Blending direct and indirect materials.
- Manage the in-house inventory and material storage operations for Brewing, Blending and Filtration materials to meet GMP and Food Safety requirements including expiry date management and FIFO.
- Identify opportunities to improve and adjust Bills of Materials for Brewing, Filtration, and Blending items based on performance, as well as for new brands.
- Provides back-up support to the Materials Lead Hand.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiar with ERP/MRP systems, MS Office
- Forklift Operation Experience
- Highly detailed & organized
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of safety and regulatory requirements
