About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Merchandising Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of sales plans and initiatives, including marketing and sales promotions at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in executing sales plans and initiatives
  • Merchandise products in retail outlets, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including store managers and buyers
  • Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our products
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and merchandising, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
