- Assist with legal matters specific to the North American region, including reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation and coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Support finance-related activities specific to the North American region, such as budgeting, financial analysis, and related finance management.
- Utilize your strong sales ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, build, and maintain client relationships, and support sales initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as required to various locations, including our own farm, for training and business purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Directors.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
