We are seeking an Executive Assistant in supporting executives and ensuring the efficient operation of the company.

Executive Assistant

Term:
Permanent, Full-time

Wage:
$31.50 per hour

Working Hours:
hours/week

Work Location: 0 Horseshoe Way, Richmond, BC V7A 4V5

Benefit:
Two weeks of paid vacation each year during the term of employment

Main Duties:
Organizing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Filtering and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication for the executive
Drafting and responding to correspondence on behalf of the executive, including emails and memos
Conducting research on various topics as needed by the executive
Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents needed by the executive for meetings or presentations
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners, liaise with departmental and officials and with other organizations on behalf of executive
Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
Performing administrative tasks including filing, data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining office supplies
Maintain a proper document filing system and ensure all client files are filed per company operational standard
Managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively

Requirement:

  • A bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of one year' experience as Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in using office software and tools
  • Able to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
