**Job Title**

Administrator, Cash Processing

**What is the opportunity?**

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all activities related to Milvus custody platform cash processing and reconciliation operations in the market for all client segments.

**What will you do?**
- Executes operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes. Specific currency deadlines need to be met on a daily basis.
- Contributes to environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the department.
- Achieves preset targets measuring service quality & effectiveness against appropriate benchmarks.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients.
- Follows preset procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements.
- Contributes to satisfactory results in all internal & external audits.
- Undertakes ongoing training & development of staff on operating procedures & regulatory requirements.
- Ensure appropriate liaison with Risk and Control area within Operations
- Ensure all suspense accounts are current and any breaks are cleared within 48 hours and appropriate notes added.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Custody platform knowledge
- Demonstrated strategic team player
- Strong computer skills with accurate Data Entry experience
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Client service management
- Pertinent industry and regulatory/compliance knowledge

**Nice to have**
- Degree educated or equivalent would be preferred but not essential
- Technical knowledge in Global Payments practices
- Technical knowledge in different investment instrument types
- Technical knowledge in SWIFT Message Types
