Transaction Processing Administrator LUX

**What is the opportunity?**

This position is accountable for providing high quality service through the management of day-to-day financial transaction processing, produce reports, manage cash processes as well as corporate actions and special events processes within Register & transfer Agency department. This position is also accountable for providing occasionally high quality service through the management of limited number of day-to-day Investors/Distributors queries. The individual ensures a superior level of service is maintained at all times, shares knowledge of pending issues, promptly resolves where possible and escalates items where necessary to the line manager whilst providing all clients with an exceptional experience in all engagements with RBC Investor Services.

**What will you do?**
- Completion of Daily Checklist and Report Generation
- The transfer agent is responsible for the efficient process of shareholder transactions
- Input and validation of the shareholders instructions in the transfer agency system
- Production of the shareholder reporting dedicated to internal and external clients
- Manage and follow cash processes with various counterparties. Set up the cash instructions for the funds as well as for the clients
- The transfer agent is responsible for the efficient process of periodic and ad hoc corporate actions and special events
- Non daily payable dividend processing, payment and reporting to investors, reconciliation
- Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls (i.e. signature check, signature limits, account numbers, money laundering prevention, banking secrecy,...) as well as all specificities linked to these dedicated clients
- Responsible for the shareholder transaction processing related to the Shareholder Services activity for onshore and offshore funds
- Responsible for reporting activities related to the life cycle of the funds

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency
- Able to work on flexible shifts (10 to 6:30 and 12:00 to 8:30pm)
- Bank Holiday coverage may be required
- Able to work under pressure and independently
