**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Greet patients and visitors at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for dental or medical professionals.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution.
- Maintain organized records of patient information and office supplies.
- Support the dental receptionist or medical office staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, especially in a dental or medical office setting.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and patient management systems is a plus.
- Ability to proofread documents effectively, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
