- **THE OPPORTUNITY**_

- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **_
- File storage and management; including closing files and coordinating off-site storage, retrieval and destruction
- Ordering office, coffee and break room supplies and ensuring adequate supplies are maintained in all copy/supply rooms and kitchens
- Manages incoming and outgoing Canada post mail; including collection, weighing, postage and delivery
- Preparing work stations for new hires
- General admin team support, as needed

- **TECHNICAL ASSETS**_
- Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of postage machines and courier/postal software
- ACUMIN knowledge an asset
- Worldox or Net Documents knowledge an asset
- **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**_
- Minimum Highschool Diploma
- 1-year general office administration experience preferred
- Previous experience in a mailroom an asset
