**En quoi consiste l’emploi ?**

En tant que représentant(e) bilingue du Soutien des ventes, vous agissez comme point de contact et fournissez un soutien supérieur à la direction régionale, aux spécialistes, Assurance collective, aux conseillers à la vente, aux courtiers et aux clients, aux représentants des ventes, au Service de la tarification, à Soutien des ventes et service, Assurance collective, à Facilitation de la vente, Conception des modes de prestation et prestation des initiatives, Siège social, ainsi qu’aux partenaires commerciaux internes et externes en préparant rapidement des propositions exactes de Solutions d’assurance collective, en assurant un service clientèle de qualité et en participant aux activités et initiatives liées aux affaires nouvelles. Vous contribuez également aux plans de vente des experts-conseils, Vente, et des spécialistes, Assurance collective.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Collaborer efficacement avec les représentants commerciaux, le Service de la tarification, les courtiers et les autres partenaires internes et externes afin de finaliser les propositions et de présenter les propositions d’assurance collective aux courtiers. Assumer la responsabilité de toutes les propositions attribuées et collaborer avec les représentants commerciaux pour entreprendre et finaliser les activités de réduction. Effectuer l’évaluation finale des propositions pour s’assurer que tous les détails nécessaires (indiqués ci-dessous) sont inclus avant d’en faire la présentation aux clients.
- Collaborer efficacement avec les représentants commerciaux, les courtiers et le Service de la tarification pour présenter des propositions aux clients avant les dates d’échéance des courtiers et des ententes de partenariat interservices.
- Intégrer une culture de conseil proactif dans toutes les interactions avec les représentants commerciaux, les courtiers et leur équipe de soutien, ainsi que les autres partenaires internes et externes.
- Effectuer les projections de renouvellement pour toutes les propositions applicables.
- Fournir de l’assistance ou effectuer les soumissions pour d’autres demandes.
- Aider à remplir le Cahier d’analyse de marché du réseau exclusif de vente, au besoin.
- Tenir et mettre à jour l’information dans Salesforce et le Moteur d’offre et de tarification d’assurance collective en temps opportun.

**Compétences essentielles**
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, car vous ferez régulièrement affaire avec des partenaires partout au Canada.
- Capacité de collaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe diversifiée et de travailler de manière autonome
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, esprit d’initiative et attitude proactive
- Solides aptitudes en négociation, impact et influence, pensée analytique
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft et capacité d’apprendre rapidement à utiliser de nouveaux systèmes
- Études postsecondaires ou expérience professionnelle/dans le domaine des assurances pertinente
- Solides compétences en informatique - Microsoft Office et système Salesforce
