Altum Health is a department within the University Health Network with over 300 employees across several regional sites (Toronto, Cambridge, Barrie, Hamilton, Oakville, Ajax, Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton and Scarborough). We offer a full continuum of prevention, rehabilitation, and health care services to third party payors and individuals, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), employers, and insurers.

The Sales Support Representative provides help to the sales team by offering strong support through the performance of a series of administrative tasks.

They act as a communication link between a company and its customers. Their job description involves getting, engaging, and retaining old and new clients, with the sole aim of generating sales and retaining customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Sales Support:

- Updating Salesforce with new leads, accounts and opportunities
- Event coordination
- Monitoring and ordering marketing collateral/swag inventory
- Administrative duties such as event/conference registration and sales team travel arrangements
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request

Sales Representative:

- Attend conferences/tradeshows/events as needed
- Travel to clinic communities to promote our B-C business through family physicians
- Lead generation and follow up across various target markets

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in a related field
- Should have experience in an administrative support role for at least 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of CRM - Salesforce
- Proficient using Mailchimp and Eventbrite: for mass eblasts to all our salesforce contacts and tracking data
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Established professional network with family physicians and/or insurers and legal representatives an asset
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Superior prioritizing, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related healthcare
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
