Morris Marketing’s Client Referrals System is a real estate marketing automation solution that helps real estate agents to keep in touch with past clients and important referral sources, nurture and convert leads into clients, and stay organized and in control as their business grows.

As a Sales Representative at Morris Marketing, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue for the company. You will also have a real and positive impact on people’s lives, helping Realtors to grow their businesses and their careers.

**Responsibilities**

Be the first point of contact for new customers and prospects to maximize new business sales and growth and support existing users with account related inquiries.

**Sales**:

- Respond to all leads and inquiries as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Leads are generated by online marketing, webinars, and events.
- Help new customers to understand what Morris Marketing is about and how we can help them in their businesses and careers.
- Present the full Client Referrals System solution professionally and persuasively.
- Follow effective lead nurture processes to maximize conversion of leads not reached with first call.
- Participate in tradeshows and conferences both locally and internationally as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in company CRM system and call results tracking system.

**Support**:

- Provide the highest possible level of service and support to customers at all times: friendly, prompt, empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough, and at all times professional.
- Initiate client onboarding to new subscribers with a “welcome” call.
- Answer customer inquiries and re-sell the system, consulting with their business needs.
- Help customers understand how to use the system effectively to achieve their contact management and marketing goals.
- Help customers customize and configure their WordPress-based agent website.
- Recognize opportunities to help customers get more value from the product and be proactive in helping them expand their use of the system.

**Qualifications**
- College or university degree.
- Experience in sales role (inside, outside, lead gen, bus dev), or a STRONG interest in getting into sales.
- Strong technical aptitude
- Consultative support skills - the ability to:

- Ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand the customer’s real question/issue/business requirement.
- Think creatively about the best way to address the customer’s need.
- Articulate the solution to the customer clearly and with confidence.
- Track record of setting and achieving goals - both personal and professional.
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone, in writing, in person, and in presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills - perseverance, creativity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, independent online research.
- Excellent people skills - empathetic, understanding, persuasive, collaborative, calm under stress, team player.
- Excellent self-management skills - positive attitude, focused, disciplined, self-motivated, high energy, high integrity, high personal expectations, constantly learning and improving.
- Intelligent, innovative, and creative.
- Genuine desire to help people be more successful in their careers.
- Consultative selling training/experience would be a strong plus.
- Sales in the software/SaaS industry would be a strong plus.
- Real estate industry experience or knowledge would be an asset.

**Beneficial technical skills**:

- Ability to use MS Excel for data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Experience with DNS management.
- Working knowledge of WordPress open-source content management system.

**General**
- Full-time job at company headquarters. (Hybrid WFH/in office)
- Must be able to work some holidays, and occasional paid overtime may be required depending on business conditions.
- Three weeks starting vacation.
- Benefits begin after 90 days.

Pay: $56,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
