We are looking to hire an enthusiastic bilingual (Spanish/English) Branch Manager who understands the importance of excellent customer service.

**Position Summary**:
The branch's operational success is the managers' responsibility. They are highly knowledgeable about our products such as cheque cashing, payday advances, lines of credit, and prepaid cards. In addition, the Branch Manager will be in charge to overview store processes and systems. They also have excellent financial judgment. On any given day, Branch Manager is expected to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Continually adapt to the fast-paced, high-change environment of the retail industry.
- Go above and beyond standard job responsibilities.
- Perform well in a team setting and at all organizational levels where adaptability, flexibility, and collaboration are crucial.
- Monitor cash management and financial transactions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Examine branch performance, data, and financial metrics.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operations.
- Data entry on various platforms and POS systems.
- Manage loss prevention, credit and risk management, and operational compliance controls.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Work as a team, including on weekends and during scheduled holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- A College diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of Management experience in small companies as a branch office, retail, or financial services
- 1+ years of experience in any or a combination of the following: interacting with customers; assessing and meeting the needs of customers; solving customer problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and present to multiple levels of management
- Experience leading, motivating, coaching, training, and developing a team to meet objectives
- Intermediate experience with the Excel tool.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate loan and interest calculations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
