**ABOUT THE ROLE**:We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. **Core responsibilities include**:

- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in setting up and maintaining inventory parameters in SAP, including Economic Batch Quantity (EBQ), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and safety stock levels based on demand forecasts and usage rates.
- Create and maintain Purchasing Info Records (PIRs) for new parts, ensuring accurate entry of supplier details, pricing, lead times, and material specifications.
- Proactively update PIRs based on upcoming vendor price changes to avoid unexpected costs during order processing.
- Perform monthly cost rolls to validate and update standard costs, ensuring all adjustments are accurate and permanent.
- Engage with vendors to secure optimal pricing, terms, and lead times, leveraging EOQ and EBQ data for the most cost-effective purchasing options.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager with annual vendor performance evaluations.
- Oversee contract management, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely reordering at set reorder points to prevent stockouts.
- Manage the setup of new manufacturing vendors, either by creating requests in SAP or supporting external teams. Ensure that all vendor forms are accurately completed and stored.
- Assist the systems team as needed with the creation of work orders in SAP ensuring data accuracy and smooth production planning.

At Zetron, we prioritize continuity and value cross-training. In this role, you will provide backup support to team members during peak periods or staff absences to ensure smooth operations.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field supplemented by 5 years of work experience. Consideration may be given to applicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides similar relevant expertise.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment would be an asset.
- Strong interest in data analytics and technology. Experience with Power BI, Power Query or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support wherever needed.
- An amazing communicator (oral and written) with impeccable customer service skills.
- Process oriented with excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of individuals and groups, both inside and outside of the organization.
