From your lawnmower to your coffeemaker, we provide quality repair parts to make your repair quick and easy. We empower do-it-yourselfers to do simple repairs to save time and money. We aim to make the process hassle-free and fun, by providing help with every step of the way in the form of repair tips, articles, and videos.

We are on the lookout for Inbound Call Center Sales Representatives to be the primary link between our company and our current and potential customers. We're looking for someone who can tackle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, head-on while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication. All we need are your excellent customer service and sales skills and we'll take care of the rest

Call Center Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy
- Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs; clarify their information; research their issues; then provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
- Seize opportunities to sell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can
- Attend additional training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Call Center Representative Requirements
- Some call center experience is required, or experience in a customer service/sales telephone support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening skills
- Empathetic customer focus, flexibility to manage many different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Must be available evenings, weekends and some holidays - our hours of operations are from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am AST to 1:00 am AST
- High school diploma

Compensation & Perks:

- $15/hr.

Home Office Requirements
- EGP provides all required equipment - a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable and a headset for this position. We also provide a webcam that is required to be used for training and team meetings.
- You must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work time. (Conflicting responsibilities may include caring for a family member/pet)
- Your home office must have a DSL, Fiber, or Cable modem that can be hardwired, via an Ethernet cable, into the computer we send you. (Wifi connections are not compatible with our devices - Dial-up, Wireless, Mobile Hotspot, or Satellite internet service cannot be used)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Although a computer is provided by EGP, if you are hired, you will need a home desktop or laptop computer to complete our pre-employment assessments and internet speed tests during our hiring process. This is a requirement to be considered for this position.
