Good Day Autos is an automotive dealership in Oakville that is looking for a partner in success.

**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Welcoming customers to our dealership and providing them with assistance
- Acting as a liaison between clients and management
- Scheduling client appointments and taking notes of their specific inquiries and needs
- Filing, organizing, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Handling cash/debit/credit payments
- Licensing vehicles at service Ontario locations
- Taking photos and videos of our vehicles for sales purposes
- Uploading car ads
- Pick up cars from various locations and delivering them to the dealership
- Posting on our website and social media platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram, & Youtube
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Ability to navigate through the car lot and move cars as needed
- Other general duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Preferably holds a G class Ontario driver's license
- Common sense and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work with our customers to understand their needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
- Ability to perform tasks that require moderate physical activities when needed
- Carries themselves with confidence and uses appropriate de-escalation tactics when needed
- Familiar with computers (MS Office)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
