**Department Overview**
- The incumbent assists the team in the production of the monthly reporting activities for General Insurance, covering revenues for our different products, claims analysis, as well as expenses for our various functional groups. The person in this position is the “super-user” of our tools, doing the technical part of the job, and providing analysis and variance explanations.-
**Job Requirements**
- Experience in similar roles 4-6 years minimum; knowledge of General Insurance Business an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Professional designation CPA CMA or CPA CA an asset
- Strong knowledge of Windows environment (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge in Hyperion, Alteryx & Tableau an asset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both languages (both verbal and written)
- Good negotiating skills (ability to find win-win solutions)
- Autonomous, demonstrate ability to deliver projects and to respect timelines
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Great team player
- Ability to work under stress, meet tight timelines
