- Setting up sales orders and subscriptions as needed
- Tracking and reviewing compliance certifications
- Invoice integration and cost of sales reconciliation
- Assist with customer contract administration
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc projects
- Process accounts payable invoices in an efficient and timely manner as needed
- Process expense reports and credit card invoices as needed
- Process customer invoices as needed
- Setting up sales orders and subscriptions as needed
- Bank reconciliations
- Inventory reconciliations
- Post and process journal entries as needed
- Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports and reconciliations.
- General Office Administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- University Degree in accounting, finance or business studies
- Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred)
- Experience with Promys PSA (CRM, Help Desk, PSA) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Financial reporting software
- Excellent professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-disciplined, problem solver and high attention to detail.
- Advanced excel skills and tech savvy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information
