**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and objectives. Assist sales team members in closing deals, overcoming objections, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- **Team Management**: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team delivers outstanding performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the Sales Manager to manage RV inventory levels, including ordering new units, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring proper merchandising on the sales lot.
- **Customer Service**: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the sales department. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing paperwork related to RV sales transactions.
- **Promotional Activities**: Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract potential customers and generate leads. Participate in RV shows, events, and other promotional activities as needed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to RV sales and finance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in RV sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of RV products, features, and specifications is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
