As a **Website Support Specialist,** you'll be one of the go-to person for conducting thorough testing, ensuring websites run smoothly, and resolving issues alongside the development team by sending detailed tasks, creating mockups and offering troubleshooting solutions to support our projects.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients' websites run flawlessly. You'll be working with some of the popular website platforms like WordPress, as well as Magento and Shopify, for e-commerce.

**What we're looking for**:

- Passion for web development and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and coding basics.
- Experience in testing and quality assurance for websites, with an eye for detail.
- Experience with WordPress, Magento, and Shopify, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to unravel complex issues with a smile.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch client support.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**This is an in-office position**. We value face-to-face communication, we believe it is essential for clear idea sharing, sparking brainstorming sessions, and spontaneous problem-solving as a team.
