**Some of what you will do**:

- Your main responsibility is prospecting, cold calling and closing new deals with businesses in your assigned territory.
- You will sell our “one-stop shop solution” to customers enabling them to purchase their entire lines of business with our company.
- Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with key decision makers, giving solution-based presentations and closing new deals.
- You will work closely with your sales team, as well as utilize other company resources to ensure a smooth transition of new contracts to the Account Management Team.

**Specifically, You Will**:

- Research small to medium size businesses and qualify leads.
- Identify decision makers and key stakeholders.
- Prospect and cold call potential customers.
- Set appointments/build relationships to present our program solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Facilitate the transition of new contracts to the assigned Account Manager who will maintain and grow the business.
- Achieve/Exceed set Key Performance Indicators and sales objectives.

- Previous experience in sales, new business development and other related fields
- Strong communication/Interpersonal skills
- Superior consultative selling skills with proven closing ability
- Commitment to achieving key performance indicators - touchpoints, appointments and proposals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to function independently to achieve targets as well as work effectively in a team environment
- Deadline and detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- A proven background of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Creative and social media savvy - adaptive to an everchanging sales environment
