We are seeking an **Office/Accounts Payable Administrator** who is reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working. You will be handling a variety of office administrative tasks and providing assistance to our accounts payable department.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Carry out administrative duties such as maintain filing systems for both divisions (electronic and hard copy) for accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate documents and all organizational matters
- Assist in managing and maintaining daily office tasks for head office including analytical and administrative support on behalf of the Executive Team
- Coding of invoices to appropriate job and/or property codes
- Assist with processing invoices and payments to Vendors as well as processing of reimbursements, cheque requests, recurring expenses, and debit charges
- Resolve billing issues and account discrepancies by investigating documentation
- Mail and courier management on behalf of office
- Manage office supplies/inventory levels on hand and process ordering as required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports as requested
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Team

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience
- Good understanding of accounts payable procedures and strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills with a strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent quality, and accuracy of work
- Experience with Yardi Voyager system considered an asset
