**Job Summary**:
The Parking Supervisor reports to the Client relations manager and is responsible for supervising a specific parking locations to ensure company operations, policies and procedures are met. Ensure 100% client, customer satisfaction and supervises on-site staff.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:
- General knowledge of computers/cellular devices
- Valid G license with clean drivers abstract, and ability to provide abstract at time of hire
- Previous experience in parking enforcement or security background would be considered a strong asset
- Criminal check required prior to hire (backcheck completed by Precise Parklink)
**Mandatory Attributes**:
- Must be punctual and self disciplined; considered a self
- starter
- Ability to work and complete tasks with mínimal supervision as this is an independent, on the road job; must also strive to work in team settings towards a common purpose
- Ability to de-escalate situations should they arise; must be well
- mannered & level headed
- Capable of learning & absorbing training in a quick & efficient manner
- Must be polite with professional attitude
- Positive, friendly, enthusiastic and personable
- Must be punctual and self disciplined
- Strong communication skills

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:
- Reports to the client relation manager to support parking operation & coordination on behalf of the hospital
- Manage, implement and supervise all day to day operations including weekends and holidays
- Coordinate and oversee all parking events including weekends & holidays. This includes implementation of event pricing and rotating staff as parking event is happening.
- Enforce company policies on-site
- Prepared and monitor work assignments for employees to ensure all areas are being covered
- Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching staff, as well as evaluating employee performance
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
- Role model and enforce safety, health, parking and security priorities
- Process service requests and supply orders, as needed
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment and facility
- Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level
- Provide technical assistance and work direction to support the parking team
- Audit and provide public & staff parking data to the client as needed
- Produce and submit monthly statistical reports, as per site requirements
- Coordinate pass orders for internal departments
- Resolve customer complaints and ensured outstanding customer service at all time.
- Manage refund claims
- Assists internal departments for investigations related with staff and visitors
- Prepares brochures, maps, and informational materials for the parking office
- Prepares and analyzes parking data such as the number of in/outs and available spaces; reports findings to client and makes recommendations based on fact
- Submit monthly quality assurance report (QAR)
- Submit equipment & vehicle incident reports as they occur
- Monitoring parking capacity
- Manage and resolve monthly permit parking inquiries
- Work special projects as assigned or required
- Assist in setup of special event parking programs
- Attend/ participate in meetings with Precise and Property Management Team
- Perform other parking related duties as assigned
