**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and approve new suppliers in accordance with procedures;
- Plan and carry out quality audits at suppliers;
- Follow up on non-conformity or deviations following a supplier audit;
- Analyze and manage corrective action requests from suppliers;
- Recommend or influence during negotiations with stakeholders and suppliers on technical points;
- Carry out validation processes for special processes during the transfer of targeted parts to suppliers;
- Manage the part qualification process and assist the supplier in the approval process of the first production batch;
- Contribute with the team to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions, following recurring non-conformity on parts received.

**Skills sought**
- Bachelor of Engineering, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and regulated environment. A college diploma combined with relevant experience may also be considered;
- Bilingualism French, English (4/5);
- Ability to make rational and structured decisions;
- Ability to manage one’s priorities;
- Good knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, ERP system, Minitab (an asset);
- Auditor training with a recognized organization (an asset);
- Availability to travel frequently abroad, valid passport required. (When sanitary measures allow).
