**Digital Marketing and Operations Lead**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers
- Own the day to day operations while actively exploring innovative ways to improve efficiency
- Analyzing creative ways to enhance Customer and Chef on-boarding experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Streamlining and leading the Chef and Customer weekly menu fulfilment process
- Building and measuring KPIs for Chef and Customer Success
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Communication, Technology or other related fields
- Love for Food-Tech and this growing space
- Critical eye for details and innovation
- 3-5 years experience in Operations/business development/entrepreneurship
- Have a “Lead by doing” mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Open to sharing ideas and bringing new ones to table
- Be able to handle uncertainty and last minute customer or chef requests
- Have a positive and “can do” attitude
- Have a good sense of humour, love for travel, food and all startupsA fellow employee recently told me about this great new website called Jobify. It's a job posting aggregator that finds the highest paying jobs and directs them to you I signed up as an employer and Jobify helped me create a job description for a higher paying position than what I was currently offering. This new job posting had all of the same responsibilities plus some more, but paid more than $20k more a year. The Jobify team helped me write the new description, so it's grammatically correct and never uses gendered language or details about the company, location, or benefits.
