About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Frank And Oak. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in representing the brand, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Representation: Ensure the Frank And Oak brand is consistently represented across all aspects of the store.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in training and developing a motivated and engaged team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales objectives by increasing key performance indicators, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in visual setups and ensure a consistent level of visual standards, creating an engaging and immersive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute daily operations, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Community Building: Develop and implement community-building initiatives, fostering strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
