**Who we are looking for**:
Wunderman Thompson is looking for a collaborative Account Supervisor to join our CX team creating complete digital customer experiences for our Canadian and American clients. Collaborating across a portfolio of brands and reporting to the Business Director, you will build strong relationships with client partners and guide the development of impactful digital experiences and website related projects.

**What you'll do**:

- **Team **| Manage and motivate project teams. Review team deliverables and work with strategists, creative and production teams to create engaging and impactful work. Be an internal resource for product information, competitive climate, and brand guidelines.
- **Process **| Draft scopes of work for assigned projects. Develop well-written project briefs and workback schedules. Manage assigned projects ensuring they enter the market on time and on budget. Document all client and agency meetings and help manage budgets and finances.

**What you'll need**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in a creative or digital agency.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns from start to finish across different digital media.
- Experience executing projects on enterprise level/CMS platforms.
- Experience building partnerships and positively influencing team members and clients.
- Skillful at crafting a well-articulated and supported point of view.
- English and French fluency.
