Full Time Temporary Office Receptionist

Canada Summer Job Placement

Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division is currently seeking a Full Time Temporary Office Receptionist in Spruce Grove, AB for Division Office. The placement will commence May 1, 2024 and end August 31, 2024. Rate of pay is $18.50 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Answer and direct phone calls

Perform general clerical duties, such as digitizing files, and data entry

Maintain office supplies and inventory

Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings

Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in a similar role is an asset

**Canada Summer Jobs Program Objectives**:
The Full Time Temporary Office Receptionist position at Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division aligns with the objectives of the Canada Summer Jobs program. The program aims to provide quality work experience for youth, respond to national and local priorities to improve access to the labour market for youth who face unique barriers, and provide opportunities for youth to develop and improve their skills. The program provides wage subsidies to employers from not-for-profit organizations and the public sector, as well as private sector organizations with 50 or fewer full-time employees, to create quality summer work experiences for young people aged 15 to 30 years.
