Position: Chiropractic Therapy Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractors in providing patient care, focusing on promoting wellness and relieving musculoskeletal pain.
- Utilize hands on terapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and tens to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization for efficient patient care.
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with the chiropractors to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and assist with ordering as needed.
- Educate patients on treatment and self-care techniques to enhance their recovery and overall well-being.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of the muscularskeletal system would be beneficial, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and efficient clinic operations.
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and tens is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions and protocols from chiropractors.
- A genuine passion for promoting patient wellness and delivering exceptional care.

*Availability to work afternoons/evenings and weekends is preferred*

Part-time hours: 15-35 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
