Job Title: Chiropractic Care Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Care Assistant to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd. As a Chiropractic Care Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our chiropractors, assist with patient care, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist with physical examinations, including setting up equipment and preparing patients for exams.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and reliability.

Work Environment: Our office is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. We offer free parking and a competitive salary.
