**Position: Chiropractic Therapy Assistant and Receptionist**

In this dual role, you will support both patient care and front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands-on support in patient care, assisting chiropractors with therapeutic modalities like ultrasound and TENS to aid in recovery and pain relief.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are clean and organized for efficient patient care.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort before treatment, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Handle reception duties including answering phones, booking appointments, and managing patient check-ins and payments.
- Utilize Jane app software for scheduling, patient records, and billing; familiarity with Jane is ideal.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to maintain smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education are a plus.
- Previous experience in a clinical or customer service setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Jane software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task between patient care and front desk responsibilities as needed.

- **Current Schedule Openings**:_

Part time Evenings: 1- 2 weekday evening shifts (3-7:30pm) and Saturday (9am-2:30pm) - approx 10- 15+ hours per week

Flexibility to support for vacations/absences during daytime shifts is desireable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
