Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for an RV Repair Technician ( Body) to join their team. This role involves performing body and paint repairs on RVs to ensure they meet our high standards. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30 pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform body and paint repair, fix imperfections.
- Inspecting RVs for damage, identify and report any flaws during the repair process
- Repair and replace components.
- Complete paint corrections.
- Follow SOPs to adhere to safe work practices when lifting heavy objects or performing tasks requiring physical exertion.
- Troubleshoot and perform rework for minor body dents and scratches as needed.
- Wears required PPE following company policies.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and production and quality goals are met.
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in automotive body and paint repair.
- Read and understand work order specifications.
- Previous experience operating hoists, power and hand tools.
- Experience working within a manufacturing setting is ideal.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to differentiate colour.
- Focused on quality workmanship, timeliness and accuracy.
- Detail oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual
