**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technologies and repair techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Manage and update service orders through our dispatch system.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in appliance repair preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and clean driving record.
- G2 Gas Technician license preferred.
- Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) license preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Must be able to lift heavy appliances and work in various physical environments.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
