About Us:
Synoptic Medical is a fast growing medical and non medical expert assessment company where we provide independent medical examinations and independent non medical opinions across a variety of matters. Our two primary offices are in Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON with satellite offices Calgary, Alberta and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our clients, experts and team cover all of Canada.

We work with law firms, insurers, disability carriers, employers and unions on matching the appropriate expert(s) to their matter where they require expert opinions or medical opinions.

We work with doctors, allied health providers and their teams to provide administrative support for handling their referrals.

We are a cohesive team who value each other, integrity, continuous learning, growth and quality of relationships.

The Role:
This is a full time, in office position, where you will be the go between our clients and our experts.

The Client Services Coordinators are responsible for receiving referrals directly from our referrals sources; identifying the appropriate expert based on the matter details; providing CV's and case law, and coordinating the booking process as well as client outreach. Attendances at conferences, events, meetings and webinars is mandatory.

This role is 75% administrative and 25% relationship management focused.

Education, Experience and Skills:
2-4 years experience as a legal assistant, Law Clerk or paralegal is required

College and/or University degree in law, insurance, or medical is preferred

Professional and very strong communication skills, both written and oral, is a must.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.

Ability to learn and adapt to new computer software and programs.

Legal and Medical Terminology including an understanding of different medical disciplines

Very strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills are required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Self starter and team player mentality is necessary.

Pay: $55,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
