As an Audiologist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of clients. You are able to provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

**What you will do**:

- Work collaboratively within the clinic and also with external healthcare providers while advocating for your clients
- Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
- Provide a high standard of care
- Follow-up with clients to ensure that appropriate care is provided

**Requirements**:

- Being registered or eligible for registration with CASLPO or AHIP is required
- 1+ years of experience as an Audiologist is an asset (open to new grads) or 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist is required (unable to accommodate 1,000 hour internships at this time)
- Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
- Must have a warm, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and flexible personality with a service-first outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and co-workers
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail, and commitment to growth
- Able to occasionally work in North York and Etobicoke clinics when coverage is needed
- Ability to provide a clear police clearance upon request
- Ability to travel to America to attend learning opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
