**Job Description**:
Reporting to the HRIS Business Partner the HR Systems Analyst will provide analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department related to HR systems, ensuring proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls, including the maintenance and enhancement of the system configurations. In addition, this role will lead the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.

**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies, partnering with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and remedy system issues;- Leverage technical abilities to propose and automate tasks through technology and solutions;- Contributes to the overall success of HR Shared Services through teamwork and collaboration;- Implement configuration changes to existing functionality using control methodology;- Assess functional configuration changes for impact to business processes, other system values and integrations. Complete system and user acceptance testing- Development of functional specifications documents for Kronos and/or Workday configurations;- Create and maintain Compensation, Absence and Benefits plans in HCM. Evaluate relationship between plans, eligibility rules, business process definitions and integrations;- Support Acquisitions and Dispositions as required- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent;- Kronos and Workday configuration experience an asset;- 3+ years experience systems configuration/implementation with HCM system;- Solid functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices;- Strong understanding of system design, structure and administration; system configuration and workflow; user interface design;- Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills;-
- Ability to analyze and determine the applicability of data, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
