**YOUR ROLE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs the complete payroll cycle for all employees under their responsibility.
- Terminations, missing hours, transfers, taxes and more
- Ensure compliance of the payroll processes with the various laws and obligations in force.
- Follow up with the store’s managers and/or district managers and/or store directors for all payroll related issues.
- Act as an internal resource for payroll related information and answer employees' questions.
- Preparing payroll related reports.
- Ensure that employees are on direct deposit.
- Mail checks if direct deposit is not possible.
- Carry out any other tasks or special projects at the request of the manager.

- Pursuing a DEC in administration, accounting, or any other similar field of study.
- Advanced abilities to work with the Microsoft Office suite, more specifically with Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors software an asset.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and impeccable customer service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective stress management and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Honesty and respect for confidentiality.
