Operations Lead

**The Opportunity**
This role has been crafted for someone who wants to know it all, not necessarily for someone who already does. Someone who’s keen to get stuck in, upskill and own it. You’ll bring most of the tools you need to build this role (motivation, organization and ambition to name a few), and we’ll supply you with the rest through hands-on experience and an epic team.
Leading operations from our Whistler location, you’ll become the ultimate resource for everything from customer service, production, bike installs, and sales/Tech Rep support. You’ll drive the team’s success daily whilst always looking for ways to improve using our 3 core values: Innovation, Precision and Community.

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.
**The Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Production/Install Team Management**
- Manage and schedule production/install teams ensuring optimum output.
- Support, motivate and lead the teams through collaborative goal/KPI setting and regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Conduct daily catch-ups to set tasks for the day / week.
- Track and manage teams’ timesheets.
- On-board and train new team members.
**Production Processes**
- Lead production and shipping operations.
- Build up a knowledge of all printers to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain exceptional quality of order fulfillment with the goal of 100% accuracy.
- Streamline existing and new processes with the goal of 100% raw material efficiency.
**Install Processes**
- Manage install schedule/calendar.
- Supervise installation output/quality.
**Warehouse Management**
- Prepare pallets for shipping to other locations - must be prepared to lift up to 36lbs.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of supplies, pallets, and bulk orders.
- Maintain Canadian warehouse and FIFO inventory.
- Fulfill supply orders from other locations.
**Health and Safety**
- Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and sanitised to meet the safety needs of the team and customers.
- Meet fire safety regulations as mandated by Fire Safety contacts.
- Encourage a strong Health & Safety oriented workplace and lead H&S meetings.
**RideWrap HQ Management**
- Be the main point of contact for RideWrap HQ.
- Organize storefront display, merchandising, inventory management and bike storage.
- Organize building upkeep tasks and shop supplies.
- Step in with production/distribution and install when needed.
- Conduct shop runs to collect and return bikes from shops.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications/ Experience / Skills**
- Experience organizing teams and processes.
- A high degree of organization, attention to detail, and level of professionalism.
- Degree or diploma in business administration is an asset.
- Self-starter and ambitious.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Proficiency with Gmail, G Suite, Word, Excel is essential.

- Management experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Stoke for working in the bike industry.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
