As a Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their THC experience and supporting store operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys educating others, and has a gift for creating great customer experiences.

**Key Plays**:

- Lead and educate customers, ensuring each individual has a personalized THC experience.
- Build rapport with customers by tailoring product recommendations and services to fit their needs.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture within the store.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the store’s success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within retail (cannabis experience preferred).
- Passion for the cannabis industry and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members while contributing to a positive store culture.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be 19 years or older.
