**What would my role be?**

Reporting to the Manager, Health Records and Decision Support, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting patients and families and assisting them with their requests
- Assembling patient charts, responding to correspondence requests and managing incoming transcribed reports.
- Receiving requests from all levels of employees and must be available to assist everyone including physicians, residents and medical students.

You will work closely with all members of the Health Records team, assisting and replacing staff as necessary.

**How do I qualify?**

Required:

- Community College Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Health Records or healthcare facility environment.

Preferred:

- Recent clerical experience
