**Job Summary**: The Representative will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively identifying new business opportunities from inbound customer calls, and by selling the company’s products and/or related services. This role is responsible for managing existing customer orders, as well as by upselling, or increasing their orders with us. The
Representative will develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential for this role.

**CORE FUNCTIONS**:

- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Exercise solution-based representation of Amaircare brand, products and services

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers who contact Americair
- Answer calls and provide the required information by resolving queries
- Coordinate with clients to try to know their concerns by avoiding any interruption in conversation
- Address any complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines
- Assist and guide customers with all required knowledge of our services
- Supervise the unresolved complaints and ensure that they are resolved in the given time frame by keeping the needs of the customer in mind
- Analyze the client’s requirement after conversation with them and recommend products, plans or services that will match their needs
- Conduct sales presentations by telephone and perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company product(s)/service(s) while on
- site
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
- Actively manage call schedule to adequately cover inbound sales inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation
- Assist in creating Request for Proposal responses to potential clients.
- Support Account Executive’s by preparing information-only presentations, such as seminars, trade show demonstrations, and other efforts
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research
- Support Account Executives in conducting resear ch sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
- Prepare and present product training materials for customers to educate them on our various products
- Assist in development, maintenance, and review assessment of Customer Management System
- Provide customer service and support.

**Rate**: Base annual salary $50,000

**Sales Performance Bonus**: Schedule based on client portfolio and company strategy to be established.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
