**What does a successful Sales Representative do at Fiserv?**

This B2B sales position is responsible for New Business Development - selling our proprietary point-of-sale solution, Clover, via inbound and outbound call efforts. You will generate and convert new leads through our digital marketing channel, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with our existing referral partnerships. You will have complete end to end ownership of the entire sales cycle. You will manage a pipeline of business, navigating throughout the various sales stages and successfully closing the sale.

**What you will do**:

- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and figure out best solution offering for the merchant.
- Demo our SaaS solutions.
- Sell and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with consistent follow up on both inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners.

**What you will need to have**:

- Bilingual Mandarin/English
- Minimum 1+ years sales experience

**What will be great to have**:

- Post-Secondary Education; or equivalent
