Selkirk, Canada Swent Fabrication & Machine Ltd Full time

We are a small custom metal fabrication business and we are looking for an administrative assistant that will provide support to the Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

Main duties will include Assist the Office Manager/Bookkeeper with their workload.

Skills required:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficiency with computer programs Word, Excel & Outlook
- Proficiency with Sage 50 Quantum Accounting

**Duties**:

- Answer Phones
- Provide receptionist services
- Filing of documents
- Process accounts payable
- Create / edit project quotes on software system

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
