Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages
- Stacking water (45lbs) and assisting customers carrying water to vehicle

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or office support role is preferred
- Familiarity with natural supplements is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations is beneficial
